  • What's Eating You?
In this episode we talk to McKenna who shares about her life changing weight loss journey in which she lost 85 pounds. She shares how this journey and all she has learned through it has blessed her life. McKenna takes a more individualistic and spiritual approach to weight loss. As we take our struggles with weight and health to the Lord, he will help us to find the solutions. Sometimes we need to get to the root cause of why we're not able to lose weight or why we're gaining weight, or what else may be going on and address that first. What works for some people may not be the answer for others.  In this more personal way we can discover what will ultimately help us on our journey to become healthier and stronger.  We want to thank McKenna for coming on and talking to us and sharing her health journey with us in such a raw and real way.  We had so much fun and loved talking to her! You definitely don't want to miss this episode which really can be applied to most of us as we all seek to be healthier! McKenna does a 12 week course to help people on their weight loss journey and mentors people to help them find their own solutions. You can find McKenna on Instagram at @mckennaeatsplantsResources: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day SaintsAddiction Program Recovery Guide"He Did Deliver Me From Bondage" by Colleen C.
