QUESTION #1: I have 3 best friends and a sister which makes choosing bridesmaids really difficult. I’d love to have all of them but having bridesmaids is very costly. How would you break it to a best friend that you won’t be having her as a bridesmaid?
QUESTION #2: I’ve recently become friends with my partner’s (straight, male) friend. My partner has mentioned a couple times that he feels at times uncomfortable with the dynamic. How do I navigate this without feeling like I’m being told who I can or can’t be friends with?

Sian Murray was the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Pleasant State - an Australian start up that created zero-waste cleaning & personal care products. Sian spent 6 years building Pleasant State with her co-founder Ami, until they closed the business in March of this year.
In this episode, Sian sits down with Steph to talk about building and closing Pleasant State and the business lessons she has learned along the way.
In the midst of closing Pleasant State, Sian became a mum to her son Sevi. Steph & Sian also speak about how becoming a mum changed her attitude towards business.

As millennials we are SO excited to see The Devil Wears Prada 2, but something we can’t get over is how the cast look exactly the same as they did in the original movie from 20 years ago.
It made us reflect on our expectations of celebrities and ageing, if we see them differently to people we know IRL, and how we both feel about ageing right now.
