But loving kindness toward ourselves doesn't mean getting rid of anything. It means that we can still be crazy after all these years. This is powerful. In the essence that we are perfect exactly where we are in our lives currently. Whatever stress, whatever negatives, whatever resistance, whatever lack is in our lives, it is okay and it is meant to be here in this moment as a teacher for us.
