Support with Sleep Struggles
We preach all the time about the importance of sleep especially in a first responder family. Mostly our emphasis is on the first responder themselves getting enough adequate sleep after being away on shift. Regardless of the career you're in, parents of little ones can unanimously agree that sleep is the most precious commodity, especially in those early years. That's where our next guest comes in. Meghan Marchesani holds a Masters in Early Childhood Education, a Certified Pediatric sleep consultant, mama of 2 little ones, and a wife to a first responder.
