#16 - Stepping Away From Emotion
It's very easy to get caught up in how you feel and act on those emotions. You can be having a great day, everything is going well and then all of a sudden something sets off the emotional side of you and you go into a panic. Sometimes we need be able to take a pause for a second and step back from the emotional side of things and think about it logically before we make an impulsive decision. This will help you make better rational choices and avoid you derailing yourself.
