    Kathleen came to us at 37 two kids, a hair salon, years of dieting under her belt… and absolutely exhausted.✔️ She’d done keto, paleo, calorie counting even tried being vegetarian (despite hating vegetables)✔️ She’d smashed herself with CrossFit and trail running✔️ She’d fractured her femur and was still trying to train in her basement gymBut she was stuck.❌ Her digestion was a mess constipated one day, diarrhoea the next❌ By bedtime, she looked 6 months pregnant from the bloat❌ Her cycle was unpredictable, her mood was all over the place, and her energy?
