We all know the power of saying YES, but what about the power of saying NO? In this episode, we're chatting about people pleasing, setting boundaries, feeling guilty for putting yourself first and learning that you don't have to say yes to everything. From friendships and relationships to business and career opportunities, we're unpacking why saying no feels so uncomfortable, why we're so scared of disappointing people and how learning to choose yourself can completely change the direction of your life.Because you can be a good person, have good intentions and STILL disappoint people. And that's okay. 🤍

Because apparently, adulting is going really well!PLUS, we’re getting into the question nobody asked but everyone needs to answer… where is your dog while you’re having sex? 👀 Because some of the things we’ve seen on Instagram have left us with QUESTIONS.And finally, our recommendation of the week is for anyone who does voiceovers, plus a little chat about the photo booth at our event! As always, nothing is off limits and we’re just here to have a chat.2026 Notion templateRaw Reality https://rawreality.com.au/**https://rawreality.com.au/products/life-upgrade-system-notion-template**Between Us Connection Cards https://rawreality.com.au/products/between-us-cards?utm_source=copyToPasteBoard&utm_medium=product-links&utm_content=webFind us below:@rawreallity https://www.instagram.com/rawreallity?igsh=cjZlMzZsM2lva3hw@ttorisstory https://www.instagram.com/ttorisstory/@fitwithlilyy https://www.instagram.com/fitwithlilyy/Community Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/share/v3sbEonnywyvp1h7/

We’ve all made mistakes, had a few questionable life decisions and learnt some lessons the hard way. From terrible hair choices and career decisions to money mistakes, relationships and realising that reaching your goals doesn’t automatically make you happy, we’re sharing the things we probably wouldn’t do again. Some were funny, some were expensive, and some taught us lessons we genuinely needed to learn. Because sometimes the best lessons come from getting it wrong first!2026 Notion templateRaw Reality https://rawreality.com.au/**https://rawreality.com.au/products/life-upgrade-system-notion-template**Between Us Connection Cards https://rawreality.com.au/products/between-us-cards?utm_source=copyToPasteBoard&utm_medium=product-links&utm_content=webFind us below:@rawreallity https://www.instagram.com/rawreallity?igsh=cjZlMzZsM2lva3hw@ttorisstory https://www.instagram.com/ttorisstory/@fitwithlilyy https://www.instagram.com/fitwithlilyy/Community Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/share/v3sbEonnywyvp1h7/
