Psalm 13
Welcome to the Psalms to Help You Sleep podcast with Sarah Frazer and Jennifer Holmes. This week’s episode is from Psalm 13. Sarah shares how we can come to God with even our hard questions. David asked God “How long…” If you feel forgotten, alone, and abandoned by even God, listen in today. Read Psalm 13 here. * If you struggle to fall asleep at night or go through your day fighting anxiety and depression pull up a chair. Psalms is a book that gives us permission to feel but also to hear. One of the goals for this podcast is that it is a resource for you when you need it. We hope you will listen to every episode after it airs, but also, we understand that our mental health ebbs and flows. You might go a few weeks and sleep really well. Or it might be that a certain time of year is really bad and you need a little help. No matter how often you listen, we encourage you to listen again, not to our voices, but to the Voice of God in the Book of Psalms. Another goal for this podcast is that you will use it as a way to get into God’s Word daily. Both of us are super passionate about Bible study and Bible reading as a daily practice. This podcast can help you when reading your Bible is hard. Take this podcast and listen to it as a way to stay close to God’s Word and hopefully you will go to sleep better at night.
