I'm opening up about it because I don't believe the inner work ever finishes.

I'm joined by one of my closest friends, Alyssa Nobriga, a transformational coach who trained as a therapist. "Casper, the ghosting". If you're not aware of the phrase, it's when you're talking to someone, things are going well, maybe you've even been on a date, and then boom, they vanish into thin air. No explanation, no breakup text, no "this isn't going to work out for me." Back in the day you'd probably even do it in person, and now people aren't even writing the text.
