Sierra Boudreaux: Rules for Drinking and Supporting a Friend Through Grief
This week on TTFIO, Sierra Boudreaux joins me for a candid conversation about the experience of losing a parent. Sierra received the call in January that her mom passed away unexpectedly and she shares the rollercoaster of feelings she's experienced since then. She says her grief is unpredictable, but explains how her friends help her through the rough times. She also gives tips about what *not* to do when a friend is grieving. Hint: Don't make it about yourself!
Sierra tells the story of her sober curious journey, how her mom's death upended her sobriety, and how she comfortably incorporated alcohol back into her life. The 26-year-old content creator from Texas drinks now, but we discuss the rules she's created to keep her drinking in check.

Charli Burnett: Life Beyond Vanderpump
Charli Burnett joins Trying To Figure It Out this week for an episode you won't want to miss. Charli, a former Vanderpump Rules cast member, is here to break down her time on the show, and even reveals who she still keeps in touch with. We discuss where she is now both professionally, and personally, and she divulges some major life updates (spoiler alert, she's engaged).
We dive into where she grew up and how that drastically impacted her image on the show. Charli shares the story of how she ended up working in reality television and where that path might lead her next. We debunk major Vanderpump fan misconceptions (yes, we talk pasta), and how starring on the show completely changed her relationship with her now-fiancee.

What I Wish Someone Had Told Me Sooner
I'm launching Season 4 with a solo BIRTHDAY episode. Today it's just you and me - and I am officially 27. We are no longer rounding down, I am in my late 20s and I can sit here and say that I've finally figured some things out.
But first, life updates. I'll let you know where the f I've been for the last 10 months. I've missed you guys. Also in this episode, we'll talk about the absurd life timeline I set for myself when I was younger, and how I have met absolutely zero of these “milestones.”
STORYTIME! The Clarins Icons Event was my first brand event in a long time, and I can actually report that we had a blast. We'll talk managing friendships, finding your confidence, and, of course, I'll offer a gentle reminder to be fucking nice to yourself. ENJOY!

The Mid-Twenties Scaries: Welcome To Your Fully-Formed Brain
We're back this week with a solo episode! Get cozy with me and dive into the mid-twenties scaries. I've had some time to reflect since the last solo episode and I share with you how I've been feeling recently about my childhood home selling. What do you do when your home is no longer your home?
With the house being gone, I've had to tackle the challenge of changing my address on EVERYTHING – IDs, credit cards, bills, you name it. Life has been coming at me fast lately now that I'm 26 and apparently it's all thanks to my frontal lobe maturing. Welcome to my fully-formed brain. Enjoy!
