The boys are in Lisbon and as gorgeous as the city is Kevin takes a moment to criticise all the hills and cobbled roads that resulted in him falling off a Lime scooter en route to a Crossfit class. PJ reminisces on his chaotic 18th birthday party where fake IDs and stray fists were in plentiful supply. Prompted by this episode coming out on Blue Monday the lads have a discussion about made up holidays and ask why January is such a depressing month and Kevin puts forward a bid for dry January to be changed to a dry November going forward because the month is already horrendous enough as it is. They also make plans for celebrating I'm Grand Mam day which is happening on the 16th of February when the podcast celebrates 7 years in production.

This week PJ reveals his new dream of becoming a DJ, while Kevin reflects on his time in dance college and the surprising amount of it spent battling vertigo after endless pirouettes. For the theme, the lads turn their attention to major world religions and ask the big question: if you were not born into your religion, would you actually choose it? With thousands of religions practiced around the world, and both of them raised in the Christian faith with plenty of Catholic guilt to show for it, Kevin and PJ explore different belief systems to see if any of them might tickle their fancy.

This week PJ discovers that his mam has her priest’s personal number and has been quietly organising communion drop offs via Whatsapp while she’s been unable to attend mass with her leg, which raises several questions for the lads. There is also a live tasting of José’s homemade biscuits in studio and Kevin recalls the antics of his Crossfit Christmas night out.
For the theme the lads share their ins and outs for the year. PJ declares contradicting yourself firmly in and WHOOPS officially out, while Kevin predicts that 2026 will be a big year for corn and but he says he'd like to see the end of the focaccia sandwich.

This Christmas Kevin and PJ are back home in Cork for a very special charity episode recorded with Cork Penny Dinners. They sit down with General Manager Sharon Murphy to chat about the history of the charity and the incredible work it does not just at Christmas, but 365 days of the year. From providing hot meals to those who need them most, to expanding into a full community hub on James Street where people can learn IT skills and take part in social inclusion programmes, Cork Penny Dinners is at the heart of the city. Kevin and PJ also run around meeting some of the volunteers and big personalities who keep everything ticking and even get involved in a Christmas singalong.

This week Kevin and PJ are chatting about letting hobbies stay as hobbies and not turning every interest into a side hustle. They also admit that just because something is homemade does not automatically mean it is good. While they may host a comedy podcast, the lads are keen to remind everyone that when it comes to shoots, they do in fact serve glamour.
