We get it, you're a budget nerd. YNAB isn't just an app for you, or even a method, it's a way of life... and you want to share it! But you've likely already tried, only to find your enthusiasm fall on disinterested ears. It's normal, and that's the wager you make anytime you share one of your passions with someone else -- if you earnestly want to share with someone else, you also have to be willing to let it go if they aren't interested. That said, Ben and Ernie have a lot of experience sharing YNAB with others, and in today's episode they share some of the different ways you can share YNAB, both the app and the method. They also share some convesations and comments from other YNAB'ers who have successful shared their passion for getting good at money, what worked and what didn't.

In this book, Jesse distills the YNAB ethos into one simple question -- what does your money need to do? -- and demonstrates the variety of ways that question can be answered, and what that reveals about a person. This process of questioning aims to help someone understand more about themself, and, by aligning spending with their values, put more of themselves out into the world. That is the essence of YNAB, and the reason why Jesse wrote this book.
