Wedding planning is about so much more than the dress, the venue, and all the details of the big day. As I prepare to get married, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I want to show up in this next season, not just as a bride, but as a future wife.
In this episode, I’m sharing five things I’m intentionally focusing on right now to prepare for my wedding, from the habits and routines I’m building to the ways I’m preparing mentally, physically, and spiritually for this next chapter. We’re talking about becoming more intentional with my health and wellness, growing in my faith, preparing my heart for marriage, and learning to enjoy the engagement season instead of getting caught up in the pressure of planning everything perfectly.
Because while it’s exciting to prepare for a wedding day, I want to be just as intentional about preparing for the marriage that comes after it.
Whether you’re engaged, hoping to get married someday, or simply entering a new season of life, I hope this episode encourages you to focus less on becoming the perfect version of yourself and more on becoming the person you’re called to be.
The goal isn’t just to prepare for a beautiful wedding day, it’s to prepare for a beautiful life together. 🤍

Have you ever felt like your life should look different by now? Maybe you're waiting for a relationship, an opportunity, a breakthrough, or a prayer you've been asking God for. It's easy to become frustrated when life doesn't unfold the way we planned, especially when it feels like everyone else is moving forward while we're standing still.
In this episode, we're talking about learning to surrender our timelines to God, finding peace in seasons of waiting, and trusting that just because something hasn't happened yet doesn't mean we're behind.
We'll dive into the comparison, pressure, and expectations that can rob us of joy in the present, and how to shift our perspective from constantly asking, "When will it happen?" to asking, "How can I grow in the season I'm in right now?"
Because sometimes, the hardest part of waiting isn't the waiting itself, t's letting go of the way we thought our lives were supposed to look.
If you're navigating uncertainty, feeling behind, or struggling to trust God's timing, this episode is a reminder that your life doesn't have to follow your timeline to be unfolding with purpose. You can release the pressure to have everything figured out, embrace where God has you today, and trust Him with what comes next.
You aren't behind just because you're not where you thought you'd be. There's purpose in this season, too. 🤍

What if the joy you’ve been searching for isn’t found in doing more, achieving more, or waiting for life to look a certain way, but in the way you choose to live each day?
In this episode, we’re talking about five ways to cultivate more genuine joy in your life, even when things aren’t perfect or you’re walking through a difficult season. From surrendering your plans and expectations to God, to finding fulfillment in serving others, learning to slow down, and staying true to who you are, we’re diving into the mindset shifts that can help you experience more peace, purpose, and contentment.
We’ll also talk about why avoiding hard conversations, uncomfortable situations, or difficult people can keep us from growing and how choosing to face the hard things can lead to deeper freedom and joy.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly chasing the next thing instead of enjoying where you are, this episode is your reminder to come back to what matters most.
Because joy isn’t dependent on having a perfect life. It’s cultivated through the way we surrender, love, show up, and choose to live right where God has placed us.

In this episode, we’re getting real about body image, confidence, and the pressure we can put on ourselves when it comes to how we look. I’m sharing some of my own experiences with body image, the mindset shifts I’ve been learning, and what it looks like to pursue health and fitness without letting your appearance become your entire identity.
I’m also breaking down my updated gym routine and what my training looks like in this current season, from how I’m approaching strength training and movement to how I’m learning to train with more intention rather than simply doing more.
If you’ve ever struggled with how you see your body or felt like your fitness journey was becoming more about how you look than how you feel, this conversation is for you. 🤍

IF YOU’RE STRESSED, OVERWHELMED, OR EXHAUSTED, LISTEN TO THIS
If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or like there’s simply too much on your plate, this episode is for you.
Sometimes we don’t need to completely change our lives, we need to create rhythms that help us slow down, get grounded, and take things one step at a time. In this episode, I’m sharing 10 practical habits and mindset shifts that have helped me manage overwhelm, create more peace in my day, and pour back into myself.
We’re talking about starting your morning centered in the Bible and giving yourself permission to start the day slowly, creating an intentional nighttime routine that teaches your body when it’s time to wind down, and learning how to plan your day without overplanning every minute of it.
I’m also sharing the idea of having a reset night twice a week, adopting a “one thing at a time” mindset, focusing on daily goals instead of becoming overwhelmed by the big picture, and using the 10-minute rule when you’re struggling to get started.
Plus, we’ll talk about journaling and mind-dumping, prayer journaling, and one of the biggest questions I’ve been asking myself lately: How much energy am I constantly pouring out, and how much am I actually pouring back into myself?
If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re running on empty, take this episode as your reminder to pause, breathe, simplify, and come back to what matters.
You don’t have to do everything today. You just have to take care of today. 🤍
