- Stop Giving Away Your Power
How often do you give your power away without even realising it?
Every time you allow someone else's opinion to determine your worth, someone else's behaviour to control your peace, or someone else's approval to decide how you feel about yourself, you hand over a part of your inner power.
But your power was never meant to live in other people's hands.
Spiritual growth is often about coming back to yourself — recognising what you can control, releasing what you cannot, and choosing not to let external circumstances dictate your inner state.
You don't need everyone to understand you. You don't need everyone's approval. And you don't need to keep explaining yourself to prove your worth.
Sometimes reclaiming your power simply means becoming still, becoming aware, and remembering who you are beneath all the noise.
Your peace is yours. Your choices are yours. Your energy is yours.
Stop giving it away.
#SpiritualSense #InnerPower #SelfAwareness #InnerPeace #SpiritualGrowth #PersonalGrowth #SelfWorth #Mindfulness #LetGo #Boundaries - Why does your mind keep talking, analysing, replaying conversations, imagining what could go wrong, and searching for answers even when you desperately want to switch off?
Sometimes the problem isn't that you think too much — it's that you've never learned how to step out of the constant conversation happening inside your mind.
In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore why the mind can become so relentless, what may be underneath overthinking and mental noise, and how you can begin creating space between yourself and your thoughts.
You don't have to believe every thought that enters your mind. You don't have to solve everything right now. And you don't have to fight your mind to find peace.
Sometimes, peace begins when you simply stop engaging with every thought.
✨ In this episode:
• Why your mind keeps searching for answers
• The connection between overthinking and inner unrest
• Why trying to control every thought can make things worse
• How awareness can create distance from mental noise
• Learning to be present instead of constantly analysing

#SpiritualSense #Overthinking #Mindfulness #InnerPeace #SpiritualAwakening #MentalPeace #SelfAwareness #PersonalGrowth - Why do we overthink so much, even when we know it isn't helping?
Sometimes overthinking isn't really about the problem in front of us. Beneath the endless thoughts, questions, doubts and “what ifs” can be a deeper need for control, certainty or emotional safety.
In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore the hidden cause of overthinking and why your mind may keep pulling you into the same cycles. More importantly, we look at how you can step out of those patterns and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace.
You don't have to believe every thought that enters your mind.
Sometimes the path forward begins when you stop trying to control every possible outcome — and learn to trust yourself, life and the present moment.
✨ In this episode:
• Why your mind keeps overthinking
• The hidden fear underneath constant analysis
• Why seeking certainty can create more anxiety
• How overthinking disconnects you from the present
• Moving from mental control to inner trust
• Finding peace without needing all the answers

#SpiritualSense #Overthinking #Spirituality #InnerPeace #PersonalGrowth #Mindfulness #SelfAwareness - Do you ever feel like you’re constantly doing something, but never truly resting? Even when the work is finished, your mind keeps going. You’re thinking about what needs to be done next, checking your phone, planning, worrying, or feeling guilty for taking time for yourself. In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore why switching off can be so difficult and what may be happening beneath the surface of our constant need to stay busy. Sometimes overworking isn’t just about ambition. It can be connected to our need to feel valuable, productive, in control, or needed. We can become so identified with what we achieve that simply being still starts to feel uncomfortable. But rest isn't laziness. Slowing down isn't failure. And your worth isn't determined by how much you accomplish. This conversation explores how to recognise the signs that you're pushing yourself too far, how to create healthier boundaries with work, and how to reconnect with yourself when life has become a constant cycle of doing. If your mind struggles to switch off, this episode offers a chance to pause, reflect, and consider whether you really need to do more—or whether you simply need permission to rest. You don't have to spend your entire life trying to catch up with it. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop. Listen, reflect, and join the conversation on Spiritual Sense. In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore what it means to truly hand your worries over to God — not by ignoring your problems, but by releasing the need to control everything and trusting that you are not alone. Sometimes the greatest spiritual shift happens when we stop asking, “How am I going to fix everything?” and start asking, “Can I trust God with this?” If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious about the future, or simply tired of carrying too much, this episode is a reminder that you can let go, breathe, and place your worries in God's hands. You don't have to carry it all.
