Talking all things "health" with Sophie, a French expat who lives on the outskirts of Oxford with her family.

Is the NHS better? It's totally free. Is the French health system better structured? Do the French receive better healthcare generally?

I ended up talking to Sophie for 40 minutes! So much to say.

I actually spent a fair bit of time asking Sophie about her move to the UK, her work etc... Before we moved on to the health system.

Laure studied and qualified as an English teacher in France. She then moved to the UK where she now teaches French as a Foreign Languages and both her daughters aged 3 and 5 are going through the English education system.

Jana became an expat when she decided to move to London from Marseille to study for a business degree.
