Brian and Judson have a repeat hookup with Nasty Pig founder and CEO David Lauterstein and talk queer visibility, aging Daddy bottoms, the power of touch, bringing friends into the marital bed, and more

    2026/06/16 | 1h 34 mins.
Judson prepares to babysit Brian’s kids. Brian realizes he’s now the top at home. The hookup of the week comes all the way from Down Under and features water sports enjoyed with friends both known and previously unknown. The two are then joined by founder and CEO of the iconic Nasty Pig fashion brand, David Lauterstein. David shares the concerns that are top of mind for him this Pride Month, expressing dismay about those within the queer community who police how out, proud, and loud LGBTQ+ folx express their visibility. He also shares his thoughts on Nasty Pig’s nomination in Las Culturistas’ Culture Awards this year and on the uproarious debate on Gay Twitter this past March about the appropriateness of wearing Nasty Pig to nice restaurants. He divulges exciting news for the company and updates Brian and Judson on what’s next for his 2024 memoir, Sodomy Gods. He also gets personal in revealing how his 33-year marriage works, what he’s learned through maintaining a relationship for so many years, and celebrates the queer community for making and living by its own rules. David gives a pep talk to his “fellow Daddy bottoms” who are feeling more invisible as they age, encouraging them to realize that there is a robust market for them. To end, David joins Brian and Judson in responding to a Go Ask Your Dad question from a listener who wants advice on inviting a friend he and his husband have been crushing on into the bedroom with them.

Brian and Judson hookup with ‘Blue Film’ writer and director Elliot Tuttle and talk adolescent sexuality, slippery morality, what overindexing on queer joy does to taste levels, and Daddying vs fathering

    2026/06/09 | 1h 23 mins.
Judson celebrates one of his top five gay experiences ever in New York City: previous Dads and Daddies guest DJ James Anthony’s afternoon dance party, Unspeakable Joy. Brian considers his week to be quintessential Dads and Daddies, after it turns out to be heavy on both parenting and sexcapades. The Hookup of the Week finds a listener lovingly recounting his first sexual experience with a trans man. Brian and Judson are then joined by Elliot Tuttle, writer and director of Blue Film, available on VOD Friday, June 12. Elliot talks about the various responses he has received to his universally lauded film about a night shared between a camboy and a pederast, and how the story came to him. Judson is inspired by Elliot to reflect on his own past relationships with older men when he was in middle and high school. Elliot also tells Brian and Judson about his path from child movie critic to filmmaker, and explains his belief that the current emphasis on “queer joy” is ruining the taste of gay people. Finally, he goes deep into his favorite topic—dating—and particularly how he’s found his way to having so much fun with it. The episode ends with a Go Ask Your Dad question from a Daddy in a college town who is having trouble finding men his own age, and inadvertently ends up becoming a father figure to the younger men he dates.

Brian and Judson celebrate the launch of Season Three with a Go Ask Your Dad Extravaganza and talk open relationship rules, self-care routines, sex party connections, unpredictable libidos, and more

    2026/06/02 | 1h 17 mins.
Judson and Brian celebrate the second anniversary of the podcast, the launch of Season Three, and the start of Pride Month! Judson spots two gay people at his new place of work and strategizes to befriend them both. Brian provides two theatre recommendations for Pride Month. Judson struggles with sleep issues. Brian shares an Instagram post sent his way that examines the question “Why are gay men so divided on open relationships?” The Hookup of the Week comes from a listener who gets to prove his versatility when a hot connection made while traveling spices up his vacation more than once during his stay. Brian and Judson then begin their Go Ask Your Dad Extravaganza answering five diverse listener questions. They first tackle one about open relationship rules, particularly around repeat hookups; the second asks each to describe their self-care routines; the third wants to know the etiquette around finding people on social media after meeting them at a sex party; the fourth is from a listener who is having trouble with his fiancé’s desire to open the relationship; and the fifth and final question comes from a listener in an open marriage whose Bipolar II disorder makes his libido unpredictable and wants help balancing saving his sexual energy for his husband with allowing himself freedom to have hookups.

Brian and Judson hookup with Kevin Aviance and talk the pressures of being an icon, making Beyoncé c*nty, ballroom history, what it means to be a Black Queen today, and more

    2026/05/26 | 1h 32 mins.
Judson and Brian lead opposite lives for a weekend, when Judson attends a Broadway musical Brian hasn’t seen, and Brian has sex twice. The Hookup of the Week finds a listener reuniting with a hookup from a year prior and learning how their original encounter changed the hookup’s life. The two are then joined by recording artist, DJ, and performance legend whose influence has shaped generations of LGBTQ nightlife, dance music, and drag performance, Kevin Aviance! Kevin talks about how he reset his life after surviving a brutal hate crime in 2006 that shocked the LGBTQ community, how the pandemic gave rise to his DJing career, and how Beyoncé sampling his hit song “Cunty” on her Renaissance album completed his return to icon status.  He also talks about the pressures of being labeled iconic, the origins of his latest album, HIPPOPOTAMUS!, his views on sex and hookup culture, his friendship with queens Honey Davenport and Sapphira Cristál and how they helped him understand what it means to be Black and queer in today’s world, his history with the ballroom scene and his reaction to its omnipresence within mainstream pop culture, why he loves aging, and his concern that the younger generation of queer people have lost a sense of history and the ability to learn through experience. Kevin then helps Brian and Judson respond to a Go Ask Your Dad question from a trans man who wants help building confidence to help him in finding friends and making hookups happen. Brian and Judson hookup with Zachary Zane and talk Bisexual Audibility, the joys of bottoming, being brave about sex when sober, the value of anger, whether top shortages are a myth, and more

    2026/05/19 | 1h 57 mins.
Judson finds himself enjoying a highly-elevated season of self-pleasure due to the improving weather, amongst other reasons. Brian brings a text conversation with Judson to the podcast and the two discuss Judson’s concerns that Brian may be trying to exploit a loophole in the rules of his open marriage. Brian shares an update about a website that provides an important service to him and the podcast’s listeners. The Hookup of the Week comes from a bisexual listener who is happily surprised to make a hot and authentic connection with another bisexual man on the apps. Brian and Judson are then joined by bisexual sex columnist, author of Boyslut: A Memoir and Manifesto, editor-in-chief of the Boyslut zine, and host of the Bi Babes Book Club on Allstora, Zachary Zane! Zachary covers the gamut of sexual topics, from his struggle to overcome his fraysexuality, to discovering the magic of anal stimulation, to switching from top to bottom and Daddy to Son even within the same session, to what he means by “Bisexual Audibility.” He also talks about formerly relying on drugs and alcohol to lower inhibitions enough to have certain types of sexual encounters, and how to get to the same level of comfort without them; the effects of being raised by a rageaholic; what straight people don’t understand about Grindr; readers who assume he will sleep with them; how long it truly takes to have sex; and he answers questions from some Dads and Daddies book clubbers. Zachary then helps Brian and Judson respond to a Go Ask Your Dad question from a listener who can only finish when bottoming but finds himself topping due to what he describes as a top shortage.
