    Pete McKnight is a performance consultant who advises a variety of professional teams and elite sporting organisations. In a career of over 25 years he has worked with organisations like Hiintsa Performance and Red Bull as well as having coached athletes for five Summer Olympics and two Winter Olympics. He is currently working in the UAE building pathways and systems to develop the next generation of Emirati athletes.
