1. Trying to record a podcast when you are both grumpy, will only waste 2 hours and 7 takes.

2. We can waste 2 hours and 7 takes without killing each other, if we cover ourselves in crystals and Palo Santo.

3. The journey is the destination, and its so much better when you are sharing it.
