  • #38 How to Handle People Criticizing You For Carnivore
If you prefer to watch the Youtube-version of this episode, watch it here. Welcome to Episode 38 of The Road to Carnivore Podcast! One of the most difficult aspects for people who do the carnivore diet is dealing with the criticism. Many of my clients have family members tell them that what they're doing is dangerous. They have to deal with comments from co-workers. They have friends telling them that it's better to just eat everything in moderation. It is inevitable that you will face negativity that comes in various forms and from various people. In this 9-minute episode I share what I recommend you do when people criticize you for doing the carnivore diet. • #36 Carnivore Is Not An Extreme Diet
If you prefer to watch the Youtube-version of this episode, watch it here. Welcome to Episode 36 of The Road to Carnivore Podcast! The carnivore diet is often criticized for being extreme. This is a fair initial reaction to have, however most people have no idea how recent and unprecedented our modern eating is. Even 100 years ago, people ate mostly animal products like meat and dairy, with simple vegetables and produce grown seasonally. Carnivore does cut out the vast majority of foods that are available to us, however it is the only diet that has eliminated both all of my health problems and all of my eating struggles. After nearly 5 years of this diet, my eyes have been opened to how extreme modern eating is. When most of the foods available to us are mixtures of seed oil, sugar, and flour, drastic measures often need to be taken in order to find true health. See the show notes and resources here on my website. **Do you want your kids to eat more meat and less junk? Check out my ebook How to Get Your Kids to Eat More Meat...and actually like it.
