this week on Delusional Diaries, Halley and Jaz are fresh off their Asia trip and immediately back in their element, debriefing everything from chaotic weather mood swings in New York to the reality of traveling on your period (spoiler: humbling). it starts as a light catch-up and quickly turns into a very unfiltered deep dive into period horror stories, tampon trauma, and the ongoing birth control debate, where they get honest about their own experiences, the internet’s fear-mongering, and why you really have to figure out what works for your own body.
