In celebration of their 30th episode, the girls handed over the reins to their listeners and let them decide what this week’s episode would look like.

30 episodes of Sweet Nothings! 🥳 That’s 30 weeks of the girls showing up for their weekly dose of catch-ups, yapping and sweet nothings.

To celebrate, Landi and Armani are back together for a good old catch-up, this time letting their camera rolls guide them through the past two weeks. Between the two of them, there have been three weddings, a whole Woordfees, several late nights and plenty of time spent working and celebrating in Stellenbosch.

With Armani tied up with her real job this week, Landi is stepping in for a solo episode and sending the listeners a proper voice note.

After a week-and-weekend catch-up, Landi chats about her newly found interest in Hyrox and making the most of some boyfriend-free time to finally tackle her to-do list. Inspired by last week’s nostalgia, Landi also gets back into reading, revisits some old diary entries and chats a little more about something that’s been on her mind lately - making friends in your twenties.

After both finding themselves back in their hometown, Pretoria, last week, the girls were feeling a little nostalgic - so naturally, this week turned into a proper trip down memory lane.

Pop star, business girl & bride-to-be — this week, the girls sit down with South African singer-songwriter Lisie Basson for a chat about everything happening both on and off stage.

Lisie opens up about finding her feet as an independent artist, balancing music with two other jobs, social media and comparison, and why she walked away from the pressure of a major record label. Plus, the girls get into her recent engagement, wedding plans and her self-confessed online shopping problem.
