  • Experiencing people differently
First things first in the beginning of this episode I said we’re six months into the new month.Forgive me , it’s the fatigue. It’s supposed to be 6 days into the new month Secondly Have you ever experienced the worst side of somebody and then you go ahead and witness them display the best side of themselves to somebody else? That is a thing. Especially With relationships but even with friends and family too. The worst part is someone can treat you so poorly and then go ahead and treat the next person with utmost kindness. In this episode I’m explaining how this is possible and also how more often than not it’s not a you thing. It’s the other person Maybe they’re grieving, maybe they’ve lost a job, maybe they’re battling something so personal that they can’t even speak up.So many possibilities but it’s still not a valid reason to treat people terribly.Enjoy listening Love and light Ri

  • Are we saving or spending ? Let’s talk finances
In my 20s, money has been one of my biggest teachers. I’ve learned when to save, when to spend, and when to live a little. In this episode, I open up about how I’ve handled my finances so far, the lessons, the slip-ups, and the little wins that keep me going.Saving money hasn’t always come easy for me, but I’ve learned a few things along the way. I’ve managed to grow my savings, cutdown on the expenses, mindset that keeps me disciplined, and understanding the difference between saving and investing.Ps: I’m not a financial advisor or expert. Just stating what works for me Love and Light Ri

  • Health stress // Don’t let loneliness lead you back to people God has removed from your life // A healing conversation with my Dad
In this episode I briefly touch on my health ( currently going through it, pray for me)Also the main topic is loneliness leading you back to people that God has removed from your life. This is a very common thing and I think we don’t discuss this enough. It’s okay to miss someone who was once a part of your life. However missing them doesn’t mean you go back. When God removes somebody from your life he’s heard and seen things you haven’t so trust him.I also had a healing convo with my dad. I was teaching him how to say sorry. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for an African parent to apologize 😂Enjoy listening Love and light

  • Healing Conversations with my Mum
In this episode I discuss how opening up to my mom led to us healing our somewhat fractured relationship. I had a conversation with my mum about her parenting We were both vulnerable and there was a lot of honesty and comprehension She opened up about her parenting and explained that she came from a place of love. This conversation was everything I never knew needed. The convo also reminded me that communication really is key Enjoy listening Love and light

  • Moving out of your parents home. Yay or Nay?
At some point, we all feel that pull, the desire to step out of our parents’ house and into a space we can finally call our own. In this episode, I reflect on the beauty of independence and the challenges that come with it.There’s a certain kind of magic in creating your own space and building your life from the ground up. There are so many important things I’ve learned from moving out (especially financial discipline) and why it can be one of the most empowering decisions you’ll ever make, when the time is right of course Enjoy listening Love and light Ri
