Merry Christmas // Life Lately // The end of 2025 and and……

    2025/12/26 | 18 mins.
    Season 3 Finale…
We’ve finally come to the end of this season.
This episode is a bit all over the place..,in the best way.
I touch on quite a few things, but at its core, it’s a life update. Conversations from Friendsmas sparked a lot of reflection, leaving me questioning life, people, and the lack of authenticity in this social-media era… and more.
But you know what? I won’t say too much.
    I’ll let you listen.
Lastly, thank you so much for the immense love and support throughout this season. I’m truly grateful, more than words can express.
    Love and light, always.

Ke December // Stop attaching yourself to an older version of people.

    2025/12/08 | 20 mins.
    Hey guys
I hope you’re doing well and enjoying December just like your host is.
I can safely say the December spirit is upon me
Last episode I spoke about how I wasn’t feeling December,
Oh hunaaay we are so up now lol
    December is Decembering

    Secondly
You know how people love to speak about someone when they haven’t even received an updated version of the person they’re speaking about ?
Oh “Maria is so so and so” yet you haven’t even spoken to me in decades.
    You don’t know me
You don’t know the person I’ve become.
So when speaking about people or about a situation please ensure you get your facts right.
Download the updated version of people

    Love and light

    Christmas as an adult

    2025/11/30 | 26 mins.
T’is the season to be jolly 🎄
I don’t know if it’s just me or Christmas hasn’t really been the same lately.
Maybe because I’m an adult now.
Maybe because life isn’t as easy as it was when I was younger.
Maybe because I’m not looking forward to Santa.
Can’t exactly pin point what it is but I truly want the Christmas spark back.

In this episode I’m discussing Christmas as an adult. We’re kinda responsible for how our Christmas pans out now lol

    Happy listening
    Love and light

Ending the year with gratitude // Advise for my corporate people

    2025/11/20 | 19 mins.
We’re inching towards the end of 2025.
It’s been a long year tbh and it’s easy to feel discouraged around this time of the year.
Looking at your 2025 goals and realizing you haven’t achieved most of them.
That’s okay. As long you still have breath in your lungs. You can always try again but don’t forget to remain grateful. Even for the little things.

Second part is advise to my Corporate people.
Also this is advise to younger me if she were starting work tomorrow.

    Enjoy listening
    Love and light
