On this episode of Culture Church, we sit down with a good friend and amazing chef. Please welcome Brandon Medley Since a young age, Brandon has had a fascination with food and the restaurant industry. During his high school career, he was a member of the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America, and competed on the State and National Level. Brandon is a 2017 Culinary and Pastry Arts Graduate from The Gloucester County Institute of Technology. While there he earned his NOCTI Certification in Culinary Arts, and in Baking and Pastry Arts. Brandon holds an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Science both from the Culinary Institute of America. He was a Culinary Research and Development Intern at the McCormick Spice Technical Innovation Center. Brandon is currently a Sous Chef for the Philadelphia 76ers. His job duties include but are not limited to cooking, prep, keeping the kitchen clean, plating/presentation of food, menu development, food safety, and preparation of pregame meals and smoothies to “fuel” players. While working the ultimate goal is to use delicious and healthy food to help players and coaches gain a competitive advantage on the court.

CULTURE CHURCH - YOUNG PHENOM-QUINCY BRIGHT
On this episode of Culture Church. The boyz sit down with a young up and coming pitching/hitting phenom Quincy Bright. Quincy Bright is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Hamden, CT who attends Salisbury. Has a tall and very athletic lock to his frame with a ton of room to continue to fill. Ran a 7.38 in the sixty yard dash. A primary pitcher, worked out of the stretch and created a good hip coil at the top of his leg lift holding it to create a ton of torque. Full arm stroke with a clean arm action and tons of arm speed that create easy velocity. Attacked around the zone using mostly his lively heater. Flashed a soldi breaking ball that had some late bite to it. Given the athleticism and arm speed there is a huge ceiling with development. A secondary outfielder, has more than enough arm to play any spot and solid athleticism that well play up as he continues to rep his approach. A left-handed hitter, really quick wrists with tons of barrel speed in the zone. Has some very loud contact when on time. Highest-level 2-way tools. Named to the 2022 14u PG Select Baseball Festival.
