For the first time since January 2023, I'm pressing pause on the podcast for the month of August.

When I looked at my calendar and saw the travel, family commitments, work responsibilities, and everything else packed into the month, I realized I had a choice.

I could squeeze one more thing into an already full schedule...

Or I could practice the very message I've spent years sharing with other women.

In this episode, I'm talking about why I chose margin instead of overload, why I believe stewardship sometimes requires saying "no," and why I hope you'll give yourself permission to evaluate your own commitments with the same honesty.

This isn't about doing less.

It's about doing what God has called you to do in this season and letting that be enough.
