  • Harry Hudson: Find Your Music
The man, the myth, the ledge — singer-songwriter and all around incredible human Harry Hudson joins the Lautners today to discuss his cancer journey, the importance of music in his life, and his charity, Hey, I'm Here For You. Harry was diagnosed with cancer the same week he turned 20, and he discusses the existential brain shifts that occurred as he processed his reality and embraced death. He attributes music to saving his life and talks about the intersection of music and mental health when used as a healing tool. He speaks to the psychological toll of being released from the hospital free of cancer and being unsure how to process what you’ve just been through, as well as feeling like he wasn’t allowed to be sad. Harry also lost his father at 23, and shares how, while he embraced death for himself, he wasn’t prepared for it to happen to someone else. Lastly, he talks about the inspiration and mission for his charity, Hey, I’m Here For You, which helps enhance the lives of teens and young adults undergoing cancer treatment.  Thanks to our amazing sponsors for supporting this episode:  Quince — Go to Quince.com/thesqueeze for free shipping on your order and 365-day returns  Osea — For a limited time, you can get 10% off with our code LEMONDROPS at https://rb.gy/uhjdx  Beam — If you want to try Beam’s best-selling Dream Powder, get up to 40% off for a limited time when you go to shopbeam.com/THESQUEEZE and use code THESQUEEZE at checkout To email us your questions or share your story, you can reach out to [email protected]. • Tay & Tay Lautner: Gratitude, Boundaries, and Fish Eyes
The Taylor Lautners are back for another jam-packed solo episode, kicking off with a Twilight-era Cit-rus Got Real about fish eyes (long story, stay tuned). Taylor takes a moment to talk about Tay’s "Jimmy Darts" moment this week, which then leads your hosts to talk about the importance of gratitude. Tay opens up about her first EMDR session and the realization that she hasn’t yet processed what she went through in 2020. They also dive into your Tea Time with Tay questions, where they discuss their experience being long-distance, balancing quality and personal time together, and where they would go if they knew they wouldn’t be recognized. Lastly, they share what they’re most proud of one another for doing, one of which resulted in a $50,000 donation from Celsius to The Lemons Foundation... Thank you so much, Celsius! • Tay & Tay Lautner: Find Your Happy Place
We heard you loud and clear Lemon Drops, so we’re bringing you more solo episodes! This week your hosts sit back, relax, and enjoy some tea time with Tay(s). They cover everything (and we mean everything) from friendship bracelets to ferocious turtles. Before they dive into all your questions, they also take a moment to talk about the importance of self-care and the scope of what that really means. It’s not always a spa day—it means truly caring for yourself, even if sometimes, that means having an uncomfortable conversation. Tay opens up about a new self-care strategy from her EMDR therapist, and a moment of insecurity she had at the Eras Tour and how she talked herself through it. Then they answer your burning questions, including which songs from 1989 (Taylor’s Version) they’re most excited for, which The Summer I Turned Pretty boy they’re rooting for, and a funny memory of the two of them that takes them back all the way to their 6-month anniversary. About The Squeeze

When life gives you lemons, what do you do with them? Over here at The Squeeze—we talk about it—"it" being our mental health and well being. Host Taylor Lautner's (no, not that guy, but she is married to that guy) introduction to mental health was at a young age, witnessing friends and family suffer in ways she couldn't fully understand. She started a nursing career in the peak of the pandemic and has been struggling with her own mental health ever since. Tay is joined co-host, husband Taylor Lautner, in addition to celebrity and expert guests to further the conversation surrounding mental wellness. At the end of the day, we're all pretty similar; even those living in the lime-est of lights can be weighed down by sour lemons. In addition to sharing coping strategies and stories, we hope that above all, this podcast offers the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
