  • QFR 16: The Kingdom of Heaven = The Pineal Gland
    In this Quantum Field Report I just started filming because I felt like sharing and I decided to see where my talking would lead. I got into the discussion of what it means to live a good life and that this has been my general pursuit for several years now; more specifically, to live the best life that I possibly can. Of course, to do so requires defining what a good life is as a whole. What does this mean? Is it subjective, a matter of opinion, or objective, a matter of fact? Many people will have different opinions about this, but I believe that living a good life is more objectively related to keeping our energy and awareness in our higher energy centers and aware of ourselves as the detached observer, based on everything I've been learning recently about spirituality.   So, in a sense, a good life could manifest in many different forms of course, but I'm coming to believe that it is possible to find formula at a base level for creating the circumstances for a "good life”. If it was all a matter of opinion and not scientific, then achieving a good life would be just like a wild rabbit chase. I don't believe this is true, I do believe there is a path that we can walk down that many people have walked down before, which is the basis for what we would call a "good life” or, better, an “enlightened” or “realized” life. I’m Matt Maruca, and this is The Light Diet podcast! After struggling with health issues as a young kid, I’ve spent nearly half my life seeking to understand how our bodies work in order to achieve optimal health. On my journey, I learned about little-known Western research from expert scientists confirming that our bodies are electromagnetic in nature, meaning that we are truly beings of light, and our body’s functions are controlled by light. This research opens the doors to an entirely new and deeper understanding of previously misunderstood Ancient Eastern wisdom about health, energy, and wellness. As the saying goes, heaven and hell have the same address: half way between our right and left ears. My goal is to travel the world and learn from leading Western Experts and Eastern Masters all of the things that we can do in our time on this earth to live in the states of bliss, flow, and love that everyone has experienced, but we have been taught to believe are only accessible under special circumstances. Achieving optimal health and self-realization in the modern world involves more than just diets of our food and exercise. It requires a new relationship with Light, externally and internally.
