On this episode, the boys had Ryan Ford back on the podcast! Ryan just ran 2:05 to finish 12th overall and 4th American at the Boston Marathon. We just had him on pre-race so it was fun to have him right back and get the post-race recap!
Ryan talked about how the race played out for him, racing for American spots late, and if he was happy with the result. He also reported back on how his high carb fueling went! If you remember on the pre-race interview, he said he was going for 160g/hr of carbs in the race! While it wasn't perfect the back half, the front loading seemed to work out well for him!
