On this episode, we had on special guest Sydney Park! Sydney is a 21 year-old college student at BYU with ambitions of becoming a professional ultra-runner after college. We had to have her on the podcast after seeing her dedication level, it is truly inspiring.
Sydney ran over 6,000 miles last year as a full-time college student with a part-time job, she is in the gym five days a week, only eats whole foods, and has an impressive recovery routine. She walks us through a day in the life on this episode, how she stays healthy running 140+ miles per week, and her gym routine.
