Is Archangel Metatron the "overseer" or "master keeper" of the Akashic Records? What's his relationship to the Records, if any?
You may have heard or read something about this at some point, so let's clarify this idea and trace it back to where it really comes from.
As always, my highest intention is to provide you with grounded, ethical, clear, and transformative ways to understand and USE the Akashic Records for your evolution.

Welcome to your Akashic Records Forecast for May 2026!
We'll tap into the energy, potentials, and main themes for the upcoming month.
The Akashic Records are a flexible, transformative, overarching modality that can be blended with many other tools and approaches - including the Tarot.
I often hear from students just how much the Records supercharge all of their other spiritual tools or ways of doing healing work. For our May energy forecast, I did just this - combined the powerful, high-level perspective of the Akashic Records with additional insights, imagery, and messages from the Tarot deck.
My intention is for this to serve not just as our monthly forecast, but also as a "demo" of how to combine these two potent modalities.
Specifically, I opened the Akashic Records (always to establish that connection FIRST) and then pulled 4 Tarot cards for these prompts:
What's happening at the collective level in May 2026?
What's going on at the personal level (i.e., for each of us at a more individual level) in May 2026?
What are you being asked to release or transform this month?
What's your Soul asking you to focus on this month?

"Can I keep my Akashic Records open all of the time?" and "What happens if I forget to close the Records?" are two of the TOP questions I get as an Akashic Records teacher.
The Akashic Records, also known as the "Book of Life", are a vast storehouse of information and Universal guidance. As their name implies, the Records "record" all of our deeds, actions, choices, etc across all dimensions of time and space.
As a Divine tool, the Records give you access to higher consciousness, quantum healing, and powerful life-changing insights. And the best thing - EVERYONE has the Divine birthright to access and read the Akashic Records, under certain ethical guidelines and with a clean and pure intention.
In this episode, we'll explore:
what happens if you keep the Records open all of the time (is it possible?)
some considerations so you can get the MOST from your work with the Records, without overwhelm or doing too much, too soon
how to acclimate to the higher frequency of the Akashic Records gradually

In this Akashic Records meditation, I'll guide you through 4 different settings within the Records to harness the energy and healing power of the 4 elements: Water, Air, Earth, and Fire.
We'll also do some healing, releasing, and clearing of what no longer serves you while we spend this time together in the Akashic Field.
Join me for this profound journey where you'll receive healing and light directly from the Records (and from Divine Source).
Suggested guidance to get the MOST from this meditation:
make sure you can carve out sacred time for yourself and won't be interrupted
eliminate background noise and distraction as much as possible
listen with headphones or on your favorite speakers
set an intention to leave mental chatter, ego mind, unrelated to-do lists or thoughts, etc and any other form of resistance at the door (as much as possible)
please release expectations or attachments about how this meditation "should" unfold, and stay open to wherever the Records take you. The Akashic Records always provide us with EXACTLY what we most need, every time we journey there (never more and never less)
get as physically comfortable as you can. It doesn't matter if you do this meditation sitting up or lying down; whatever feels most supportive for your body is great. You can also experiment with closing your eyes to go deeply within, or keeping your eyes softly open
