The Sarah Fraser Show

Season 21 of Sister Wives kicked off with Kody and Robyn refusing to film, leaving Meri, Janelle, and Christine reeling — and honestly, I loved seeing these women free and thriving. Janelle completely denied the backdoor Coyote Pass deal when she and Meri finally faced off in Utah, but I could tell Meri still wasn't fully buying it. Christine and David showed some real tension that made me wonder if the honeymoon phase is fading.

03:19 — Coyote Pass recap: Kody and Robyn took home $750K from the sale

18:57 — Meri and Janelle's Coyote Pass showdown in Utah — Janelle denies the backdoor deal.

30:31 — Christine's realization about Coyote Pass and the cliffhanger: can Christine and Meri be friends?

I kicked things off with Sister Wives, where David Woolley is fed up talking about Kody Brown and Christine admits monogamy is still a struggle, while Janelle is navigating a long-distance relationship with her new boyfriend. Then I dove into the Kim Zolciak-Kroy Biermann mess, where Kim's boyfriend Kyle Mowitz is filing for an emergency protective order to keep Kroy away from his kids. Swan Doc on Hulu + Cornell 7 Case

In this episode of TSFS, I talk with Eva Benefield, who I found on TikTok and who has been outspoken about losing her mom at 14 to a heart condition and then, within five years, losing her dad Doug after he married Ashley Benefield, who later shot and killed him in 2020. Eva shares why she wrote her book, Ghost Girl: Girl Surviving the Black Swan Murder, how writing became therapeutic, and why she wants any future adaptation to be positive rather than a typical documentary. We walk through the day she found her mother, the rapid marriage to Ashley, escalating red flags, and Ashley and her mother’s allegations against Doug. Eva explains learning of her dad’s death, the shock and survival mode afterward, testifying at trial, and her view that justice was served with Ashley’s 20-year sentence. We also discuss optimism, neuroscience, exercise, faith, therapy, anxious attachment, and the message of resilience and gratitude.
