Colleen is a somatic healer and energy medicine practitioner who helps women create safety in their body so they can expand their capacity to receive more, more love, more ease, more joy; more of the life they desire but haven’t been able to hold. 

Through frequency healing, yoga, and somatic practice, she works at the level of the nervous system, clearing the old beliefs, fears, and generational patterns that keep women contracted instead of expanded. 

Many of her clients have had a glimmer of what’s available for them. They’ve done the work, they’ve had the breakthroughs, but their body hasn’t caught up yet, and that’s where she comes in: building the actual capacity to hold what they’ve already called in. It’s deep, embodied work, and it’s different for every woman who walks through it.
