A one woman show about self-realization from Danielle LaPorte, a member of Oprah’s Super Soul 100 and creator of The Desire Map. How do you create a spiritualit...
In this episode, Danielle offers a guided practice to let go of 9 common limiting thoughts. With Danielle’s encouragement and gentle suggestion, this practice can help us heal the thoughts that hold us back—like feeling unworthy, being overly responsible for our failures, the need to do everything alone, and many more. We start by getting Heart Centered together, then we bring our limiting thoughts to our heart space for transmutation and healing. And finally, they dissolve in the Loving space of our heart. Letting go of limiting thoughts is an awakening—it feels like relief and Love. For deeper inner healing, lean into the Soul Qualities of Forgiving and Compassion and welcome the expansion and freedom this practice can bring. Mentioned in this Episode: The Heart Centered Membership doors are opening on February 2—I’m so in love with this community. I’m mapping out 6-months of classes on healing anger and all kinds of spiritual essentials.

I Open My Heart: A Prayer
A prayer by Danielle which emphasizes deepening and expanding one's being to give and receive love, dissolving fear and grievances, and extending loving hearts to all relationships and offerings. Real Love is a boundless energy. Sending Loving thoughts toward another human is never an energy drain. Ever. Forget the notion that we could feel “too Loving.” Remember: Love and Compassion look insane to the ego. Our modern culture itself is an egoic structure (us vs. them, gain vs. give). Everywhere we turn, we’re given the messaging that the more judgmental we are, the stronger we become. That is false. May we all be full of Loving Kindness. May we all be so blessed. You’re Not Getting Weaker, You’re Getting Wiser
If you’ve ever felt the world pulling you down into the dark—this one’s for you. In Episode 154 of With Love, Danielle, we’re talking discernment: why I have a “Good for Me/Bad for Me” list to help me stay grounded, expansive, and connected to my Higher Truth—and why you should too. Think of it as the spiritual version of an emergency room intake form—a check-in with your soul to help you fill up with Light in these dark times. ✨ Here’s what we cover in this episode: Why discernment is a form of devotion—and a radical act of self-love. What’s on my “Good for Me” list (and what I did this week that I knew was “Bad for Me”) Why sensitivity isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower when embraced with intention. This is about listening deeply to what nourishes you, so you can show up more fully for the world. We’ll close with the Shantideva Prayer: May we be a source of healing, comfort, protection and refuge for others.
