Shiva Viswanathan brings over three decades of true market experience in design. As an independent consultant for businesses, he specialises in Product definition, Brand Experience Design and Brand communication.
He is the Co-founder and CMO of Catenate.io in Dallas,TX which focuses on creating AI-centric decision aids.
Shiva is also a Director at DesignUp.io - a conference and a community. Formerly he was a Design Leader at Ogilvy Pennywise, Brand Union, Ogilvy, Apparatus Media Lab, Netkraft and Ray+Keshavan Design.
As consultant creative director he has been working on communication design for theatre for Ranga Shankara, Chennai Art Theatre and other independent theatre groups across India.
He is the academic advisor at Indian Institute of Art and Design, ANDAcademy.com, and on the curriculum committee for BITS Design. He is a visiting faculty at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore for the Executive Education Program teaching enterprise teams.
