After 11 years of still figuring out on how to navigate through scientific job market, I have prepared a list of "5 Important Things" that you need to start working on as soon as you enter your final year. These 5 things have helped me in preparing myself to compete in the academic and non-academic job market. All the Best Graduates!!!!
