    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios from NC to the podcast. Amy was last on Season 3, Episodes: 147, 165 and 179, Season 4, Episodes: 134, 145 and 150, Season 5, Episodes: 22, 70, 73, 83 and 186.     Today Amy updated us on her case where 6 individuals in NC filed a Class Action Lawsuit 42 U.S. Code Subsection 1983. Why are children taken from the protective parent, falsely taken? Family court is a monopoly in the disastrous interests of the children and the extortion of parents.     Amy has court on Tuesday for Criminal Contempt via Attorney H. Jay White on a court order that he was ordered to write back in February when it was Civil Contempt. He recently changed it to Criminal Contempt. This is all financial.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Katherine Moore, JD, MS and CFE and Carol Moore to the podcast. Katherine is part of a group of women in North Carolina, even in different districts, all engaged in protracted family court cases. Their concerns are seeing patterns in the family court system. Katherine discussed patterns that correlate to Joan Meier's studies with regard to how family court proceeded in her own case. Katherine became more interested in the study and how it pertains to mothers and fathers and what other information is out there on how family court is proceeding. Katherine looked into Joan Meier's study on women, where 28% of "credited" mother's have some success in court and are not summarily dismissed. However, the 76% that is dismissed isn't recognizing some of the patterns of extrinsic fraud that is intended to specifically discredit accounts of abuse. This has happened in Katherine's case.   The evidence is not being entered, being suppressed and disregarded. The mothers and fathers are smart, they are bringing in evidence and data and it is being discredited and that is  where the 76% is coming in to play and it is called extrinsic fraud.     In Carol Moore's case, she was in district court for 12 years and made 15 appearances and believed the district court would was going to resolve the issues. This didn't happen, and Carol started to see that when she came in with evidence, her evidence was not ruled on. The judge filed a gatekeeper order against her due to a request for a change of venue and called her frivolous. Her evidence and facts were being concealed. Being denied her evidence to go into the courtroom and present her evidence, Carol made the decision to go Pro Se into Federal Court Middle District and presented her case on 42 U.S.Code sub-section 1983 and was in Federal Court for 14 months. Her case was dismissed in October due to Rooker-Feldman. Carol wanted a review and submitted evidence and brief to the fourth circuit and wanted the answers as to why her evidence wasn't considered. Carol encourages others, "Pro Se people should never be afraid and back down from Federal Court.    Slam the Gavel welcomes guest, KDawn Stone. KDawn spoke about her case and how she thought the system would protect her, but instead tried to silence her. Her lawyer, who had been passive finally demanded Due Process. At that moment KDawn realized they were prioritizing financial interest over the welfare of her child. Awarding custody to the abuser to ensure the lawyer that was paid the most came out favorably. KDawn saw for herself that her lawyer had been complicit the whole time. KDawn described how she won her case and custody of her daughter.    Speaking about her success KDawn also explained how it tied into her advocacy work where she started a group called, A Mother's Fire, that helps empower mothers.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Hadassah Feinberg to the podcast. Hadassah Feinberg is an experienced foster and adoptive mother who became a citizens advocate after her family was retaliated against in Pennsylvania for exposing public corruption.   Hadassah and her children ended up fleeing the state of Pennsylvania. They now live in a redacted location and she is exposing the public corruption in the Pennsylvania courts and on Social Media platforms.   Explaining how all this corruption came about after helping abandoned children, to the invasion of OCY (CPS) into her family's lives, Hadassah took note of the corruption. What led to a "Shelter Hearing," with many players involved forced Hadassah to sell her home in Dauphin County.
