The signing and announcement period has now closed for the 2027 season. All 8 NSL teams have chosen their squads of 10. With the ongoing issues over in New Zealand, we have seen the biggest intake of New Zealand players into the league as well as the biggest signing of the year with ex Australian Diamond Steph Fretwell signing for the 2027 season.
In this bumper episode, we take a look at all 8 teams and discuss our thoughts on the ins and outs of the squads. Which teams have strengthened? Which teams still have holes in their squads?
We discuss the talking points of the signing season including the rise in players coming to play in the league from New Zealand and Australia on UK passports. Will signing international players hurt our pathways? Why aren't coaches looking to our pathways for players? Is the influx of international players helping to strengthen the league?

Netball at the Commonwealth Games is always our go to sport. Watching it at home and then going to Glasgow to watch the finals weekend live was a very special moment for all in attendance.
New Zealand are the Champions and what a story their build up to the tournament is. Jamacia finish in silver and become history makers by beating the Australia in the semi finals meaning for the first time EVER Australia were not in the final. Australia finish in bronze with England in 4th.
Questions and debate are already bounding around the community with the fall out of England the 4th place finish for two Commonwealth Games in a row.
So what is the problem? What needs to happen now within England Netball? Are England going backwards while other countries are bounding forward.
As the foundations of International netball shake with so many countries showing improvement, are England Netball free falling?

What a Grand Final to end a spectacular season. The Co Op Live in Manchester was bouncing with over 8,000 netball fans cheering on their teams as AO Manchester Thunder beat last years Champions London Pulse to become not only the 2026 NSL Champions but also can now claim to be one of the most successful teams in UK netball history with 5 titles equalling Team Bath.
A game that had us on the edge of our seats with momentum swinging with every minute that passed. In this episode, we take a look at the game and talk about the moments that won and lost the game for each team.

This week, the Vitality England Roses Commonwealth Games squad was announced, a squad that was what we thought would be announced but why no Alicia Scholes? Should she have been picked? Should Gracie Smith have been taken?
