Semi Finals 2025
Semi Finals weekend and a new format for the Netball Super League this year. The Major Semi Final was between London Pulse and Loughborough Lightning who finished 1st and 2nd in the league. The winner of this game would book their place into the Grand Final at the O2 on July 6th, while the looser would get a second chance to reach that same Grand Final through the Preliminary Final. there opponent being the winner of the Minor Semi Final. The Minor Semi Final was between Manchester Thunder and London Mavericks who finished 3rd and 4th in the league. The loser would be eliminated from the finals series and finish 4th, while the winner would progress to the Preliminary Final where they would meet the loser of the major semi final and a chance to get themselves to the Grand Final.Listen to how the games finished and who ended up at where. Congratulations to London Mavericks, Manchester Thunder, Loughborough Lightning and London Pulse on reaching the semi finals.A bigger congratulations to London Pulse on winning the Minor Premiership, and it is very fitting that our guest this week is a player that throughout the season showed her capabilities, but really came into her own in the last few rounds.
