For The Love Of Rugby: South Africa

The Nations Championship returns this weekend and Steven Kitshoff has called in the podcasting version of the Bomb Squad as England legend Ben Youngs and host of Aotearoa Rugby Pod, Ross Kyle, join For The Love Of Rugby: South Africa.

With each host flying the flag for their side, Kitsie makes the case for the Springboks, Ross backs the All Blacks, and Ben takes on the challenge of defending the Northern Hemisphere.

We break down the strengths and weaknesses of the leading contenders, asking whether the Springboks can build on their recent success, whether the All Blacks are finding their feet under Dave Rennie, and which Northern Hemisphere nation poses the biggest threat.

Can England rediscover the form that made them one of the most exciting teams in world rugby?

Can France overcome their injury crisis and finally get the better of South Africa?

And could Ireland once again prove to be the Springboks' biggest nemesis?

Cheslin Kolbe is one of the best players in the history of our sport, and as he releases his new book, he speaks to Steven Kitshoff about his life.

He grew up in Kraaifontein, where gunshots and violence were part of everyday life, and saw talented kids not reach their potential.

He speaks about that, his relationship with his father, his recently broken and surgically repaired jaw and his decision to move back to Cape Town after years playing in France and Japan.
