Michael Gervais spent 25 years coaching world-class athletes and discovered that fear of other people's opinions is more powerful than most realise it is.
He explains why our brains are still running prehistoric programming and why the best in the world treat psychology like a separate skill to train, not a weakness. The uncomfortable truth about entrepreneurship and growth, it requires tolerating cold air on your skin, and most people retreat the moment it hurts.

David Protein: https://www.skool.com/fathermoses/E147 - He Sold His Protein Bar Company For $600M: Peter Rahal on RXBAR, David, & Going Viral

How Peter Rahal dominated the protein bar market twice by finding gaps everyone else missed.
Peter started RxBar in 2010 when CrossFit was exploding, and the market had zero clean protein options. He made them in his apartment with a KitchenAid mixer and five ingredients, then scaled to 10,000 bars per day.
The biggest mistake most entrepreneurs make: they don't understand their market deeply enough before scaling, and the technical details (water activity, shelf life, microbiology) destroy you if you wing it. The formula that works: superior macros, good taste, clean ingredients, fair price. And America is easier to dominate than Europe because there's no tall poppy syndrome, everyone just wants you to win.

David Protein: https://davidprotein.com/E146 - "Every Relationship ENDS!": The #1 Divorce Lawyer on Love, Marriage & Money | James Sexton

James Sexton, a divorce lawyer, on why fear is good, why marriage needs a plan, and why heartbreak matters.
As someone who sees relationships fail every day, James explains that scepticism about marriage is actually healthy, real bravery requires fear. Most people don't realise marriage is the most legally significant thing you'll do and enter it with zero plan, yet they plan everything in fitness. Passion and chemistry don't equal partnership compatibility, and complacency kills relationships when partners stop trying after "locking someone in." Relationships need intentionality, maintenance, and honest feedback like any other area of life.
The hardest part isn't falling in love, it's believing you're worthy of it. Heartbreak is painful but beautiful because grief proves you had something worth losing, and those experiences create the depth most people never experience.

Cole Hastings is worried about how modern entertainment is destroying people's ability to think and relate to each other. Content creators need to protect their reputation because once it's damaged, it never comes back, and platforming the wrong person can ruin you years later.
Most dating coaches online are just projecting their own failures onto young people who trust them completely. People are lonelier because nobody organises hangouts anymore, so find communities around shared interests, meet people in person, and stop listening to dating advice from people who've never actually had a real relationship.
