127: The Birth That Healed Me: My Positive Home Birth Story

    2026/08/27 | 1h 24 mins.
In this deeply personal episode, Erin shares the healing and liberating home birth of her second child, Rami.

After weeks of anticipating labor, everything shifted on the Fourth of July. What began with contractions at an art fair quickly became a powerful five-and-a-half-hour labor at home as a massive thunderstorm rolled through. Erin shares the moment she discovered she was already nine centimeters dilated, the instant relief of entering the birth pool, and the extraordinary experience of birthing her son into the water and pulling him onto her chest herself.

From navigating birth after a difficult first experience to surrendering to her body, becoming a family of four, and watching Eden meet her baby brother, this is a story about healing, intuition, motherhood, trust, and the profound power of birth.

124: Introducing: The Institute for Spiritual Psychology® where ancient wisdom meets modern psychology

    2026/04/21 | 42 mins.
I spent my twenties traveling Israel, India, across Asia and Europe, sitting with renowned teachers, learning in ashrams, absorbing ancient practices that had guided human transformation for thousands of years. Then I came back to the States and got my Master's in Clinical Psychology and Education from Columbia University.

    And I felt a collision.

Two worlds that should have been speaking to each other, well, weren't. The ashram didn't know about neuroscience. The clinic didn't honor the sacred ritual. Neither was complete.

So I built something that was. A weaving of both worlds and a needed space to house the work I have been sharing with the world since I launched my business in 2016.

The Institute for Spiritual Psychology is the premier educational space that weaves ancient wisdom and modern clinical psychology into one coherent, transformative school. We don’t need to be siloed and compromise between two traditions, we can weave, and a new paradigm of both/and is birthed.

Most spaces ask you to choose:

    Spirituality or psychology

    Depth or strategy

    Purpose or profit

    We don’t.

At the Institute for Spiritual Psychology, you are trained to weave all of it.

To become a guide who is:

    Grounded in research

    Connected to spirit

    And resourced in business
