Military Spouse and Caregiver Fatigue - How Can we Help?
This week we are joined by Christina Whittemore, a military spouse turned therapist. She shares her story of going through many challenges with her marine husband and becoming his caregiver after his diagnosis with PTSD and TBI. This eventually took a toll on her own mental health leading to her almost taking her life. She eventually got the support she needed and now wants to help other military spouses who were in a similar position.
