- DOUBLE TROUBLE IS OFFICIALLY HERE đđ KJ is now officially joining me as the co-host of the podcast, and Iâm SO excited for this new era.
In this episode, weâre basically catching you up on everything going on in our lives right now â traveling, Nashville, cruises, New York Fashion Week, our upcoming Salem trip, our current Starbucks obsessions, and all of the random chaos happening behind the scenes.
But then we get into some of your questions, and girl⊠we cover A LOT.
We talk about intimacy, how past experiences can affect the way your body responds in relationships, somatic healing, learning to listen to yourself, and why there is absolutely NO timeline you need to follow when it comes to being intimate with someone. You never owe somebody access to you just because youâre dating them, because everyone else is doing it, or because you feel like you âshouldâ be ready.
We also get into friendships and GIRL CODE đ â dating a friendâs ex, when something crosses a boundary, being honest with your friends even when they donât necessarily want to hear it, and why I genuinely think female friendships are one of the most important relationships we can have in our lives.
Then we answer more of your college and relationship questions: how to tell if a guy actually has genuine intentions, red flags to watch for, dealing with homesickness, keeping long-distance friendships alive, and why having your own community and your own life makes dating SO much healthier.
This episode is basically girl talk, life updates, relationship advice, friendship advice, healing, college chaos, and KJ and I talking way too much all rolled into one. đđ
And I think one of the biggest reminders from this episode is this: you do not have to rush your life. Not intimacy. Not relationships. Not friendships. Not figuring yourself out. Listen to yourself, communicate, protect the relationships that genuinely pour into you, and let yourself grow at your own pace.
Love you girlies. Welcome to the new podcast era. đ

#GirlTalk #RelationshipAdvice #DatingAdvice #GirlCode #FemaleFriendships #CollegeAdvice #SelfLove #Podcast #Intimacy #FriendshipAdvice - High school dating is genuinely its own universe đđ and in this episode, KJ and I are breaking down EVERYTHING I wish someone had explained to me when I was younger.
Weâre talking about what high school boys are actually thinking, how to tell if a guy likes you, the different types of guys youâll meet, first relationships, first kisses, communication, intimacy, peer pressure, trust, and all of the confusing little situations that feel like the end of the world when youâre experiencing them for the first time.
We also categorize the different types of high school boys â from the egomaniacs I would personally tell you to RUN from, to the shy kings, to my personal pick for an actual relationship: the nonchalant chiller guys. đ
But more than anything, I want this episode to remind you that you do not have to rush your high school experience. You don't need a boyfriend just because your friends have one. You don't have to kiss someone because everyone else already has. And you NEVER have to become intimate with someone because you feel behind or pressured.
Your first experiences are YOURS. There is no timeline you need to follow.
We also talk about how important communication and trust are when you do get into a relationship, how to recognize when someone genuinely likes you, and why understanding your own boundaries is way more important than trying to impress a teenage boy who probably has approximately three thoughts bouncing around his head at any given moment. đ
High school love can be exciting, dramatic, confusing, heartbreaking and SO fun all at once. Cherish it, learn from it, and please don't waste your entire high school experience trying to get one random boy to choose you.
Choose yourself first. đ

2026/08/14 | 53 mins.College is one of the first times in your life where you suddenly have SO much freedom⊠and absolutely no idea what youâre supposed to do with it.
In this episode, Iâm giving you all of the college advice I wish every girl heard before freshman year. Weâre talking about making friends, finding your people, dating in college, hookup culture, partying safely, relationships, breakups, mental health, ADHD, confidence, and learning how to actually take care of yourself when youâre finally on your own.
I also want to talk about something I think gets forgotten in all the excitement around college: you do not have to lose yourself just because everyone around you is changing.
You donât have to participate in hookup culture because everyone else is. You donât have to party every night to have the âcollege experience.â You donât have to stay friends with people who make you feel lonely. And you definitely donât have to lower your standards just because dating in college can feel like the Wild West.
College is supposed to be a time where you figure out who YOU are â not a four-year audition to get everyone around you to like you.
So whether youâre an incoming freshman, already in college, or just entering a new chapter of independence, I hope this episode feels like having an older sister sitting down and telling you everything you actually need to know.
Welcome to your college era, girlie. Letâs make it a good one.

I'm sharing everything I wish I knew about making friends in high school, recognizing friendship red flags, and learning how to trust your intuition when meeting new people. We'll talk about why you should never force a friendship, how to tell if someone is genuinely happy for you, and why protecting your peace is so much more important than fitting in. I also share my own experiences with friendships, what I learned from them, and why it's okay to outgrow people as you grow into the best version of yourself. If you've ever struggled with making friends, felt left out, or wondered if the people around you are really your people, this episode is for you. Grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and let's have a little big sister chat. I love you girls so much, and I hope this episode helps you find the friendships you truly deserve. đâš

DISCORD- https://discord.gg/PdFwFfHRr - Hi girls!! đ In today's episode, we're having the ultimate big sister chat all about surviving (and thriving) in high school. Whether you're starting freshman year or heading back for another year, I'm sharing everything I wish someone had told me before I walked into school for the first time. We're talking about making new friends, outgrowing old ones, staying away from drama, navigating crushes and dating, getting good grades, building confidence, and creating a school year you'll actually look back on and love.
I also walk you through my 5-Day Back-to-School Glow Up Guide to help you reset your mindset, become your most confident self, and step into this school year feeling like that girl. We'll talk about romanticizing your life, building healthy habits, protecting your peace, putting yourself out there, and why the biggest glow up has nothing to do with changing who you are and everything to do with becoming more of yourself.
If you're feeling nervous about school starting, wondering how to make friends, or just need someone to remind you that you're going to be okay, this episode is for you. Grab your favorite drink, get comfy, and let's get ready to make this your best school year yet. I love you girls so much, and I'm so excited for this next chapter with you! đđâš
