    Why Your Brand Feels Heavy and How to Lighten the Load

    In this episode, I’m talking about a type of burnout that so many high-achieving women experience but rarely recognize the quiet burnout that comes from outgrowing the identity your business is still operating from. I share why burnout isn’t always caused by overworking or doing too much, but often by continuing to create, market, and lead from a version of yourself that no longer exists.
