The Bourne Investigation

Halloween is a time of year when children come alive. Dressing up in crazy costumes, eating sweets, and spending time with friends.
But something happened on Halloween 1992 in Pennsylvania that shook the community. Something so evil and hideous, that Halloween was cancelled, indefinitely.
What happened to Shauna Howe, terrified locals so severely, that trick or treating was completely banned.
Because what do you do when you realise the body lying on the floor isn’t a decoration. It’s not a prank, or a costume. It's a real deceased child…

Every October, people all around the world get ready to celebrate Halloween.
Some choose to have a cosy night in watching horror films.. some get dressed up in costumes and go knocking on neighbours doors.. Some get invited to halloween parties. None of them expect to have vanished by morning.
Todays case has all of the elements of a classic horror story.. a halloween party after dark.. a chilling find near a cemetery.. except, this isn’t a made up spooky tale. This is real life. And for one family, they would be unable to wake up from the nightmare…

On Halloween night in 2001, 21 year old Cindy Song went out to celebrate with her friends.
She was a bright, beautiful and hard working university student, with her whole life ahead of her.
But by the early hours of the morning, she was gone...
Somewhere between that night out and the following morning, Cindy vanished without a trace. The community were left with one haunting question: what happened to Cindy Song?

What makes todays case so interesting, is that it is one of the most unique and unusual tragedies most people have ever come across.. This is the horrifying case of the Paria Diving Tragedy
