About Raising Children Effectively

My name is Sheryl Cohen and I am an educational psychologist and mother of 4. I use both my experience as a therapist and a mother in working with parents, children and adolescents. But I am not a perfect parent. I hope to dispel the myth of perfect parenting. I prefer Dr Winnicott's concept of "good enough" parenting. Our aim as parents is to be good enough. Not perfect. My aim in this series is to share some ideas and skills in raising children effectively!
