Last week, Debbie agreed she would confess to cheating in the spelling bee. Both Cee Cee and Abby were glad because neither of them wanted to tell Mrs. Bellamy about what had happened. While they didn't know what to expect when they returned from recess, Cee Cee and Abby knew they didn't want to be in Debbie's place and have to face Mrs. Bellamy with such terrible news.
