Everything Is Energy: How Developing Intuition Transforms Your Life with Brooke Barnard
2026/09/17 | 49 mins.Lauren sits down with Brooke Barnard, an intuitive and energetic healer who booked a 1:1 strategy session and ended up booked on the podcast in the first ten minutes!
Brooke has spent the last decade training her intuition across thousands of hours of study in neuroscience, universal laws, and energetic healing. In this episode, she explains how intuition reframes everything from physical ailments to conflict in your relationships to money blocks and the spinning, never-satisfied feeling that you are likely familiar with.
Lauren and Brooke get into what intuition actually is, why almost everyone misunderstands it, and why developing your intuition as a precision skill, not a vague feeling, changes absolutely everything.
Key Takeaways
How everyone is born intuitive but we tend to shut that off in childhood
Brooke's first premonition at 14
[Trigger Warning from 3:31-4:02: sudden death of a family member at a young age, car accidents, premonition of someone’s death]
The difference between a gut feeling and a fully trained intuition
Energy fields, the higher self, the subconscious, and how Brooke reads them differently
What are guides? How many do we have? How do we know where to find them?
Law of Reflection: how everything around you is communicating something about what's going on inside
Law of Balance: why every situation is neutral, and it's your perception that creates the limitation
Why "clearing" trauma doesn't mean erasing it.
The science behind intuition: how energy, light, and information relate to all the information that Brooke can read through her precise and measurable intuition
What it feels like to always sense there's something more
How developed intuition strips away decision fatigue and stops you doing things for the wrong reasons

📝 Notion Workbook - New Creators: The Starting Plan for $15Raw Reflections from the Synced Masterclass: Showing Up Authentically and Confronting Shadow Sides to Earn $300K from Social Media in 8 Months
2026/09/10 | 38 mins. You asked me on Instagram stories for the honest highs and lows of this launch: unexpected moments, what I’d do differently, shadow sides…everything that doesn’t make it into the highlight reels online.
I opened my sales page right before this episode and realised I've just crossed $300,000 made directly from @bylaurendudley on Instagram. What the fuck. So what you're getting today is completely raw, unfiltered, and very much still being processed in real time.
We had 1,609 people sign up to the Synced masterclass, made over $84,000 from the event itself, and I cried approximately zero times because I was too overstimulated to feel anything. I ran the entire launch from a deeply masculine energy, had arguments with Patrick that were really about my own stress, and spent a foot massage in Thailand desperately trying not to pick up my phone. The launch was amazing, and I can’t wait to do it again with more of my feminine energy in the lead.
Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to attend our live calls or watch the replays. As you’ll hear in this episode, I deeply care about the impact of my work.
Key Takeaways
Processing a milestone in real time that doesn't feel real yet
Last-minute emails and why about 30% of sales came in the final 24 hours
Running a launch entirely from masculine energy and what that cost me emotionally
Confronting my shadow sides: stress becoming tension, blaming others, and avoiding things that felt hard
Why launches take a village and how I’ll build better support around me next time
How I figured out what to teach: waitlist questionnaires, Claude, and actually listening to where people are stuck
Why I chose a live masterclass over a pre-recorded course, and what that energy unlocked in the room
Why I priced the masterclass at £33-44 and what my philosophy is around pairing money with impact
The give, give, give, give, ask framework (trust-building is the part people skip)
What it feels like to be seen by thousands of people at once
Teaching without slides: why it felt uncomfortable when I tried, and what authentically showing up actually looks like
The bet, the goal, the dream: 76,000 followers, $300K, and Japan in literally five minutes

(If you are brand-new here, welcome!! Start with this episode from May to get the context from when my account really started taking off or go back to the beginning of my solo episode journey in March to find out what the fuck "follow your breadcrumbs" means. Then come say hi on Instagram!)

Follow the Breadcrumbs: My Hindsight on Growth, Relationships & Radical Accountability — March 5th, 2026 - Lauren sits down with Jessica Bonin to talk about the magic of tea and of course, matcha! Jessica walked away from a soul-crushing career in the film industry in search of meaning, purpose, and a better way of living.
What started as a bohemian caravan selling loose leaf tea around Cape Town has evolved into a rich philosophy, a devoted practice, and a life shaped entirely by following breadcrumbs — from hidden temples in Japan to an eight-hour tea session with a renowned South Korean tea master who almost no one can get an appointment with.
Jessica unpacks what tea actually is (hint: your chamomile and rooibos don't count), why the 2000 chemicals in a single tea leaf make it one of the most powerful plants on earth, and how the practice of tea — rooted in Taoist philosophy, Zen Buddhism, and the samurai tradition — is really a platform for character development, presence, and what she calls attunement to the natural current running under all of life.
She also shares her love-hate relationship with matcha being so trendy and explains why the distinction between a tourist and a practitioner matters more than most people realize. This episode is a beautiful conversation about honoring ancient traditions and cultivating a passionate life defined by intentional presence.
Key Takeaways
Tea requires presence. You cannot make it unconsciously, which is precisely what makes it a gateway to a meditative, sensory practice.
Tea naturally harmonizes and heals your system.
A single tea leaf contains around 2000 chemicals, including L-theanine, flavonols, and EGCG, all of which have profound effects on body and mind.
Matcha is so much more than the current trend. The matcha ceremony, Chanoyu, has deep roots in samurai philosophy, specifically the constant contemplation of death and the pursuit of peace.
Using "ceremonial grade" matcha in a latte, or borrowing words like wabi and chado without understanding them, strips the practice of its cultural depth and meaning.
Japan opened its tea schools to the West partly because younger Japanese generations had lost interest in their own heritage. These lineages needed new custodians like Jess, willing to dedicate their lives to the magic of tea.

Jessica is a tea practitioner and philosopher whose 16-year relationship with tea began after leaving behind a career in film and following her own series of breadcrumbs. She is based in Cape Town but has traveled extensively throughout East Asia — including Japan, South Korea, and China — to learn directly from masters in the Chinese, Japanese, and Korean tea masters. Her work centers on tea as a living philosophy and path of character development, and she is dedicated to making the ancient wisdom of tea accessible to the modern world without losing its soul.
