The biggest thing to help me with my own battered mindset is remembering life has seasons and no season lasts forever. Just because you couldn't handle something last season doesn't make that true for the current season you're in. Let yourself heal, let yourself grow, let yourself be.

[Heart to Heart] If We Want to Heal, We Have to Feel
The person we had to become in order to survive is not the same person we need to be to thrive. That is not my quite and I take no credit for it. HOWEVER, whatever healing we need to do, let's do it and get out of our own way on this journey called life.
We owe it to ourselves to strive to GROW throughout this journey we call life. Sometimes that involves recognizing our trauma and allowing ourselves to HEAL and move on from the things that no longer serve us. Once we've recognized these things and strive to be the best version of ourselves daily, we BLOOM. Let's go!
