I had the opportunity to sit down with fellow Step-Dad Sidney Eugene Savoie II and discuss his blended family journey. Sidney is 42 years old. Born/raised/resides in Lafayette, LA. Dad is former military, both parents are former school teachers and small business owners. played sports growing up. Involved with youth ministry, missionary work, volunteer work growing up. Spent a year and a half in the seminary, three years as a foreign missionary, and also donated a kidney to his boss’s first cousin. Has worked for a local hot sauce factory for the past 8 years. Met the love of his life in January 2022, and got married April 2023. He is a dad to two wonderful stepsons. Enjoy....
