  In this episode, we speak with Scarlett Longstreet, a madre of 3, who said EFF IT and decided to get out of her marriage before she thought she would. She had known it was over for a one time but was determined to stick through it till her kids graduated from high school. But she realized that she wasn’t able to be the good mom that she always wanted to be because she was in a marriage that she knew was over. So, she got out of it, and even though it was hard, she knew it was the best decision she could make for herself and her kids. What would you do if your child came to you with the same issue that you are currently having? We want the best for our kids, but for some reason, sometimes, we don’t give ourselves that same grace that we need. It’s so important that we follow the advice that we would give our kids!   In this episode, we are flashing back to one of our badass madres, Linda Garcia, who said EFF IT and decided to write her book WEALTH WARRIOR: 8 Steps for Communities of Color to Conquer the Stock Market. Prior to writing this book, she didn’t know about the stock market, but decided to teach herself all about it after an old colleague of hers showed her his stock portfolio. • Season 4 Episode 15: "Don't EFFing Listen Anyone Else!"

  In this episode, we speak with Elise Grey, a madre of a little girl, who decided to say EFF IT and went on a trip to Europe that had been planned before she got pregnant. The trip date was set for 2 months after her due date, and although they heard it from everyone in regards to their opinions on whether or not she should still go on this trip or not, she decided she was gonna do it anyone, no matter how different and sometimes difficult traveling with a newborn can be. But, since doing that, she and her family continue to travel, and their daughter has adapted to change very quickly since she’s been doing it since she was 2 months old. Don’t let having kids stop you from living life. Make sure to still make time to do things that you enjoy, and travel if that’s something you love. Because if you are happy, your kids and family will benefit from it!

• Season 4 Episode 13: “You Just EFFing Will!”

  In this episode, we speak with Augie Duke, a madre who decided to say EFF IT when she was getting dismissed by her doctors in regards to a concern  that she had, and decided to keep seeking out other opinions because she just felt in her gut that something was wrong. And, geez, was she right! Had she not said EFF IT and continued to seek out other opinions, the blood clot that she ended up having could’ve taken her life and that of her unborn child, which she had to deliver early due to this concern. And, funny how the universe works, aside from this concern, she also was terrified of the fact that she could possibly not work again as an actor after becoming a mom. But, 5 weeks after having her son, she got an audition for a one time spot, that ended turning into 15 episodes.  Seems like divine timing to us! You just have to trust your gut when something feels off, and believe that you can keep doing what you love, even if it seems impossible.
