    The Waiting Room

    2026/08/07 | 15 mins.
What do you do when you’ve prayed, trusted, stayed faithful and you’re still waiting?
In this episode, I’m sharing one of the most honest conversations I’ve had with God in a long time. Not from the other side of the promise, but from the middle of the waiting.
Together, we’ll explore the questions many of us quietly carry but rarely say out loud. What is God doing while we’re waiting? How can we trust that He’s still working when nothing seems to be changing? And what does faith look like when we don’t have the answers we were hoping for?
This isn’t an episode filled with easy explanations or neat conclusions. It’s an invitation to wrestle honestly, to bring our questions to God without fear and to discover that faith isn’t the absence of uncertainty, it’s choosing to remain with Him in the middle of it.
If you’ve ever wondered whether your prayers are being heard, whether your waiting has a purpose, or whether you’re the exception to God’s promises, I hope this conversation reminds you that you’re not alone.
    Episode 8: The Waiting Room
Sometimes the greatest act of faith isn’t having all the answers, it’s staying in the waiting room with God, trusting that His presence is enough even when His plans aren’t yet visible.

Who Are You Without Your To-Do List?

    2026/07/31 | 16 mins.
Have you ever wondered who you’d be if all the titles, achievements, and responsibilities were taken away?

In this episode, I’m reflecting on a belief I carried for much of my life, that my worth was tied to how useful I was. From being labeled “the lazy one” growing up, to constantly trying to prove myself through discipline, productivity, and achievement, I slowly realized I’d confused being valuable with being useful.

We’ll talk about the pressure to earn our place through what we do, the guilt that often comes with resting, and the quiet ways we attach our identity to our roles: parent, spouse, entrepreneur, employee, creator, student. They’re all beautiful assignments, but they were never meant to become our identity.

This is an honest conversation about burnout, performance, and the freedom that comes when we stop asking, “What can I do to be enough?” and start believing that our worth was never something we had to earn in the first place.

If you’ve ever felt guilty for slowing down, afraid of disappointing people, or convinced that your value depends on your productivity, I hope this episode reminds you of something your heart may have forgotten:

You are more than what you produce.

Episode 7: Who Are You Without Your To-Do List?

Because your greatest identity isn’t found in what you do, it’s found in who you are before you ever do a single thing.

The Grief No One Talks About

    2026/07/24 | 13 mins.
What if growth isn’t just about becoming someone new?

What if it’s also about grieving the person you’ve outgrown?

In this episode, I’m opening up about a part of healing I never expected; the quiet grief that comes with saying goodbye to an old version of yourself. The version who lived in survival mode, carried impossible dreams, questioned her worth, and did the best she could with what she knew.

For so long, I believed I had to leave her behind with frustration. But I’ve come to realize that she doesn’t deserve my resentment, she deserves my compassion.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to honor the person who carried us through difficult seasons while giving ourselves permission to embrace who we’re becoming. We’ll talk about the unfamiliarity of peace after years of chaos, why growth can sometimes feel like loss, and how healing isn’t about rejecting your past it’s about thanking it and gently letting it go.

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and felt like you don’t quite recognize the person you’re becoming, this conversation is for you.

Episode 6: The Grief No One Talks About

Because sometimes the most loving thing you can say to the person you used to be is, “Thank you for getting me this far. I’ll take it from here.”

    The Life That’s Already Here

    2026/07/10 | 12 mins.
What if the life you’ve been praying for is already unfolding and you’re just moving too fast to notice it?

In this episode, I reflect on what coming back home has taught me about gratitude, presence, and seeing life through a different lens. I share how returning to a familiar place made me realize that while my surroundings hadn’t changed much, I had and because I’d changed, I was finally able to experience my life with more peace, more openness, and more appreciation for the ordinary moments I once overlooked.

We talk about how losing weight gave me far more than a different body. It gave me my confidence back, strengthened my self-trust, deepened my faith in God’s timing, and helped me stop living in constant survival mode. Most importantly, it taught me that gratitude isn’t something we practice once life becomes perfect it’s something that transforms the way we experience the life we already have.

If you’ve been rushing toward the next chapter, constantly waiting for life to begin, I hope this conversation invites you to slow down, be present, and recognize the quiet ways God has already been at work.

Episode 5: The Life That’s Already Here
A conversation about gratitude, presence, and discovering that some of life’s greatest miracles are already in front of you.

    Looking Through Someone Else’s Window

    2026/06/27 | 10 mins.
Have you ever wondered if you’re doing your relationship with God… wrong?

For a long time, I quietly believed everyone else knew God better than I did. Their prayers seemed deeper. Their discipline looked stronger. They spoke about hearing God’s voice so confidently that I started questioning my own faith and wondering where I stood with Him.

In this episode, I share how comparison slowly pulled me away from the honest, personal relationship God was inviting me into and the simple prayer that changed everything:

“God… how do You want me to know You?”

Together, we’ll talk about comparison, calling, spiritual rhythms, and why faith was never meant to look the same for everyone. Because maybe the goal isn’t to have a relationship with God that looks impressive.

Maybe the goal is to have one that’s real.
