• Mixed Signals: Employment Training Outcomes for Previously Incarcerated Individuals

  Research from Professors Tristan Nighswander and Ariel Roddy at Northern Arizona University examines the effects of pre-employment training on employment outcomes for previously incarcerated individuals through the lens of two economic theories.
